A Brace of European Masters Titles for Paul Grange.

Congratulations to Paul Grange - a double European champion. These results slipped through the net but picked up courtesy of Instagram. Yes, the European Masters Championships staged in Rabeira Brave, Portugal, saw Paul lifting both the 800 and 1500 metre titles for over 45-year men. After `cruising` through his heat of the 1500 in 4m 15.32s he returned the following day for his first success with a time of 4m 06.62s.  Six days later and the 800 heats brought a heat time of 2m 03.86s leading onto a final win in 1m 56.67s - a full three seconds ahead of his nearest rival from Poland.
