Well, they did not have to wait long before wearing those international colours of the English Schools - just seven days before donning their spikes at Birmingham.
Our Ezrah Harrod and Jorjia March were members of the team that took victory in the home countries meeting with Ireland second, Scotland third and then Wales.
In the 800 metres it was a repeat of the previous weeks’ championship race with Mollie Grant of Lincoln again having the edge with 2m 07.90s with Ezrah close behind on 2m 08.69s bringing maximum points. Moving to the 1500 metres and again it was again second place for Jorjia timed at 4m 26.50s with Olivia McGhee of Rugby marginally ahead with 4m 26.50s.
Well done to both - and may it be a pathway to further success.
