Success at the County 5000m Championships.

After coming away with bronze medals three times in the Essex 3000 metres championships in previous years  Joseph Grange came good over the 5000m distance in this seasons event as Brentwood staged the county event.  With a pb of 15m 36.48s set last season over this distance this was well and truly eclipsed as he came away with his first Essex track title in a time of 14m 47.7s. CAC were also represented here with Sam Plummer seventh in another pb timed at 15m 08.2s  whilst Finn Rattray placed eighth in a seasons best of 15m 16.0s and Ethan Riley 11th with a time of 15m 28.20s.
