On Sunday our Junior squad travelled to Stevenage for Match 2 of this years EYAL.
The conditions were almost perfect for an athletics meet, we had a full team and they were all raring to go after what was for some the first time they'd been on a team coach..
Up against some tough opponents including one of our strongest rivals Havering who sat second in the league, and only just behind us on points before the match.
Our quality and depth of squad shone through with Chelmsford winning five out of the six age group categories and winning the overall match by over 100 points.
