Our Team Managers play a crucial role in the success of the Club. They spend long hours pulling together the best teams possible to get the most out of them at competition. It’s not always about the athletes winning – sometimes it’s about them doing their best or even improving on their personal bests. Its a serious job but we'll always try to make competitions fun and exciting and ensure good team morale. We learn from losses and share the thrill of our successes
