Our 3rd fixture of the season took place at a scorching Hornchurch Athletics Stadium on 5th July. Given our opposition, this was a must-win shoot-out against 2 clubs who like us, had taken maximum scores in their opening two matches. The pre-match table stood at CAC, SS/E&H and Havering all on 14 league points with us ahead only on total-points-scored difference.
