As part of this years Miles of Miles festival we are delighted to be hosting the Eastern AA, Essex AA and Suffolk AA 10,000m track Championships.
This will be a perfect opportunity for the best 10,000 track and road runners in the region to pit their wits against each other.
The event will consist of the following..

- Eastern Athletic Association - Women's Open & Men's Open Championships for *SEN+
- Essex Athletic Association - Women's Open & Men's Open Championships for SEN, 40+ & 50+
- Suffolk County Athletic Association - Women's Open & Men's Open Championships for *SEN+
Plus
- Open Graded 10,000m track races For SEN+
*The Eastern and Suffolk Championship have one medal category

The Eastern region covers the Counties of Essex, Suffolk, Lincs, Cambs, Beds, Norfolk & Herts.

Parking
There is Free parking at Melbourne Athletics Stadium for approximately 200 vehicles including accessible spaces. Unless otherwise stated there are no parking restrictions in the area but we would urge everyone to be considerate to the local residents.
Please follow the instructions of the car park marshals at all times.
Please car share or use public transport, where possible. The nearest train station is Chelmsford, which is about two miles from the stadium.

First Aid
First aid will be provided by Jubilee First Aid, who will be present at the venue. If you require medical assistance, please go to the nearest marshal, who will contact the nearest first aider.
